We designed a unified product interface and design system for a smart-lighting startup, turning a scattered set of screens into a calm, consistent experience across mobile and web.
The Goal:
Build a scalable design system that unified a fast-growing product suite — shared tokens, components, and patterns that let the team ship new features without reinventing the interface each time.
The Challenge:
Three separate teams had drifted into three separate visual languages. Buttons, spacing, and colours no longer matched, and every release felt like a different product.
The Result
A documented, token-driven system adopted across every squad. Design-to-development handoff time dropped by half and the product finally felt like one coherent whole.
